RMS Celebrates its 10 year Anniversary

We can't believe it's 10 years already!  Some of you will remember Kate and Tessa starting  RMS in 2000 working from the MWB serviced office in Victoria - the tiniest room in the building!  With many fond memories over the years, lots of good fun and hilarity, they have grown from strength to strength with their core principal remaining as strong then as it does today.  That if you take good care of your candidates the business will follow you whereever you go.  Clients want good candidates and good candidates want to be treated well.  That is what RMS does so well.  It provides a personal, friendly service, where candidates can be themselves, talk freely and honestly about what they want without feeling any pressure to fit a certain profile or job.  Their impressive client list has grown out of candidate recommendations and by providing good, strong candidates that fit the role and client instead of making the job fit the candidate.
