We are honest and fair. We speak about our candidates frankly and honestly, pointing out not just their strengths but their weaknesses too. This gives you a clear picture of the person you are interviewing before you meet them.

And we don’t make promises we can’t fulfil. If we can’t help you, we will tell you. And if we can’t help we are more than happy to advise you on who can.

We only like to send a handful of candidates for each position and sometimes we might only send two if we believe they will give you a choice of who you will hire from us - we take great pleasure in giving you what you want and making your recruitment process as painless as possible.
