We only send your CV to our clients on your instruction and will never push our candidates into temp bookings. When a temporary booking has been confirmed you will receive a booking confirmation which usually contains a full job spec, the company you will be temping for, address, contact telephone number, nearest tube, who you are reporting to, who you ask for on arrival, your hourly rate of pay and the length of the booking.

Our temporary PA and secretarial bookings are in companies ranging across all industries from creative/media PR companies to the more corporate Investment houses, Fund Management and Property companies. The length of bookings range from:

One week
One month
Two years
Ongoing
Temp to Perm
Part time temp and temp to perm roles
Contracts
Night shift/evening work

Rates

At RMS your experience, skills and the company and position that you will be filling will determine your rate. We will always advise you of the hourly rate before you start temping to ensure that you are happy with the temp booking. The rates are negotiated with the client on your behalf and we will always try to agree a rate that is agreeable to both our client and candidate. We tell our clients what we are paying our candidates so that they know they trust the calibre of candidate they are getting for the rate they have agreed.

The rates vary from £8-10 per hour for college leavers and junior roles to £10-12 per hour for experienced secretaries and receptionists, £14-16 per hour for experienced PAs and up to £24 per hour for roles requiring unusual skills and experience.
