Finding the Perfect Fit For Your Company

With a growing database of over 15,000 interviewed and assessed candidates at any given time, we are confident in our ability to find you the perfect fit for your company.

We have been honing our business for over twenty four years and in that time, we have successfully placed thousands of high-calibre support staff. Our consultants are not only experienced in recruitment but have come from a support role themselves so they understand how to identify talent. Each consultant is trained and qualified in recruitment legislation and best practice procedures following the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) standards and qualifications. Saving time at these early stages coupled with a streamlined recruitment process, means that we aim to deliver you an impressive shortlist of candidates within 24-48 hours.

We are so confident in the quality of our service that all our placements come with a six-month guarantee.

After an initial call to establish the essential details of your needs, our recruitment process will progress through the following stages:

Agree terms of business

We offer a reduced fee for clients who work with us on a sole agency basis where we are exclusively managing, sourcing and securing the best candidate for your position. We are happy working alongside other agencies to source the best candidate on our standard fees which also work on a sliding scale depending on the salary and level of candidate required. In either case, you are not charged for our service until you have selected a candidate and they have started in the role.

Client Visit

Whenever you seek our help, one of our consultants will attend your office in person to discuss the nature of the job brief and to understand your company culture. This allows us to thoroughly brief selected candidates on the opportunity and give you an insight into the market and competition. This visit also helps us to build a relationship with you, to build trust and understanding that will save you time and money for years to come each time you recruit.

We will advise on salaries, current market conditions and any challenges that we foresee in your brief.  We can also advise on your hiring process to balance identifying the best candidate with securing an acceptance of your offer.

Candidate Search

After discussing all the details with you, we will hold a debriefing meeting with our team of consultants. This is done so we can pinpoint which candidates on our database will be best suited for the role. We also place a number of adverts on our website and job boards, keeping your details confidential and managing the responses on your behalf. We only divulge company names to candidates who are qualified and interested in the role after identifying their suitability and detailed briefing. We can also keep your details confidential up to the point you wish them to meet you for interview if required.

Screening

Most of our consultants have worked in support roles in various industries so they have a very detailed understanding of what is required of most roles and how to identify the best talent. They have also undergone extensive training to help them follow best practice and provide a diverse and skill matched shortlist. Every candidate on our database has been personally and thoroughly interviewed to assess and check candidates’ education, experience, qualifications and career goals to ensure their long term suitability for each role.

Shortlisting

After screening all potential candidates, we narrow the long list down to between five and ten candidates. From here we select a handful of candidates who are genuinely interested in the role and meet your search criteria. You will receive a written profile summarising their suitability together with a copy of their own unedited CV to further help you assess their abilities and personality and choose who you would like to meet for interview.

Interviews

We have guidance on setting a hiring process, interviews and selecting the best candidate for a role should you need it. We suggest that the hiring process spans at least two interviews to ensure the candidate has enough understanding to make an informed decision on an offer but no more than four interviews. This can lead to losing candidates who are in permanent jobs or to other companies competing for the top talent.

Feedback

We manage all candidate feedback to safeguard your reputation and save you time on dealing with them directly. After each interview, we take the time to ask candidates to provide honest and comprehensive feedback on the meeting so we can gauge their interest in comparison to other processes they may be in and gather their thoughts on the role and how it meets their goals. In many cases, candidates provide valuable feedback that will undoubtedly help you make good hiring decisions. In return, we ask that clients also provide feedback which enhances a professional reputation with candidates even if you are not progressing them to the next stage of hire.  It also means that as an agency, we can provide constructive suggestions to both parties. It also helps us to build a deeper understanding of each candidate and collaborate with you on helping your decision.

Offer of Employment

Once you have decided on a candidate you want for your team, we can present the verbal offer to the candidate and assist them with their decision in line with their career goals ensuring it is the best fit for the long term. We can also advise you on the salary we believe will secure the chosen candidate alongside any other offers they have.

Contract of Employment

Once the references meet with your approval and the contract is signed, the candidate will hand in their notice and confirm when they will be starting in the role. This is when we send you our recruitment fee invoice and ask that you settle this within 14 days to be covered by our six-month guarantee.

Commencement of Employment

Once the candidate has verbally accepted, subject to satisfactory references, a contract of employment of written offer is provided and references taken up. We are able to take up references on your behalf if requested although most of our clients prefer to do this directly.

Six-month Guarantee

Our service does not end with the placement. We build long term relationships and that includes caring for the candidate in their first few months of starting their new role. We want you to be completely happy with the candidate and if you are not, we are here to help and ensure that you are looked after even if things don’t work out as planned, manage the process discreetly and find a suitable replacement.
