Studio Office Manager / Administrative Assistant Contract for a Creative Gallery in Central London.
 
A London-based dynamic and vibrant creative gallery is looking for a Studio Office Manager / Administrative Assistant, no experience is required however a flair for creativity would be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit team in the heart of London’s art scene on a contract for 5 months.

Role: Studio Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
Duration: Full time
Contract Length: 5 months
Start date: 23rd April
Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE
Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00 (5 days a week in the office)
Location: Central London
 
Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the office/gallery
  • First point of contact for visitors (telephone/gallery/studio visitors)
  • Maintenance of office standards
  • Management of shared email inbox
  • Management of office consumables (stationery supplies, office food and drink, cleaning sundries, etc)
  • Management of cleaner

Requirements:

  • Good common sense and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional presentation and professional demeanour
  • Proficiency in IT and office software
  • Proactive, punctual and reliable
  • Passion for art and a creative mindset preferred but not essential
