Salary: £17.00 - £22.00 P/H

Responsibilities:

• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments and events
• Providing high-level personal and business support, including travel coordination, logistics, and general life administration
• Overseeing office administration, including HR support, healthcare, and annual leave tracking
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholder
• Supporting the wider studio with general administration and ad hoc tasks as required

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in an personal assistant role or similar required
• Experience working within an interior design studio is desirable
• Proactive and hardworking
• Organised, confident and motivated
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
