Executive Assistant
Salary - Up to £60,000 Equivalent DOE

My property development client is looking for a fantastic EA temp to come in for approximately 2-weeks, to cover the current EA's holiday, between Tuesday 13th June - Friday 30th June.

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 pro-rata (equivalent hourly rate when temp)
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
Hybrid: The role is wholly office based 5 days a week at their lovely offices in West London.

The candidate will need to be a confident person that is quite robust, very organised, a quick learner, with excellent typing speed and a good knowledge of Outlook. The role will involve a lot of meeting organisation and diary management and taking dictation from the CEO. Experience of working for very busy, senior individuals is a must!

They are looking for an EA who has:
• Excellent diary management experience (using Outlook)
• Excellent inbox management experience (using Outlook)
• Good personal PA experience
• A good typing speed, with excellent spelling, grammar and accuracy
• A willingness to undertake ad hoc tasks

The perfect candidate will be:
• Self-confident, diligent, discrete, professional
• Able to think two-steps ahead
• A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be asked to do something if it needs doing
• Friendly, genuine, helpful
