Job Description
Exciting EA to CEO of a Tech firm based in Southwark, paying up to £65,000 DOE. We are looking for an experienced EA who has worked at C-Suite level within Technology. This is a fantastic role for someone who is used to the pace of tech and has experience of working 1:1 for a CEO.
This is a very busy and fast paced role providing traditional support but with the opportunity for you to grow the role and take on your own projects.
The role:
• Inbox management – corresponding on CEO’s behalf and gatekeeping.
• Calendar work, meetings, diary & time management
• Relationship building - Dealing with investors & stakeholders.
• Travel Coordination
• Event management
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and feel confident dealing with important clients/investors. The role will require a very strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Person Specification:
- 3+ years in current role supporting a CEO.
- Technology, Private Equity or Boutique Finance Industry experience advantageous
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Confident & Proactive
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
8.30am – 5.30pm
Benefits: Healthcare, share options, 25 days holiday
5 days a week in the office to start (flexibility to WFH once established, you mirror CEO’s days in the office)
