Are you on the lookout for a part-time temporary role that offers a fantastic chance to contribute your administrative skills and join a sociable and successful team? We are actively seeking a talented Office Administrator to assist our client, a technology company, for a period of 2 months. This is your opportunity to work with a wonderful company and make an impact.
Role: Office Administrator - Part-time
Start: Immediate
Rate: £12-15 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Office Location: Old Street

We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of administrative experience or someone eager to take on their second job. Key qualifications include strong organisational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and proactive problem-solving skills. A can-do attitude and willingness to jump in when needed are essential.
- Coordinate the office move to ensure a seamless transition
- Planning and organising company social events
- Maintaining and managing grocery orders to ensure a well-stocked kitchen
- Various ad hoc administrative tasks - filing, document organisation etc.

If you are an enthusiastic and organised individual who can start immediately, this temporary position provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a vibrant office environment.
