Office Coordinator – Permanent Full time
Salary: £25,000 to £27,500

Our fantastic property design client based in the heart of London is expanding and looking to recruit a new Office Coordinator to join their friendly team with high staff retention. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven candidate seeking their first or second job in London as the role is very busy, varied and fun with great scope for progression.

 
Role: Office Coordinator
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 to £27,500 after 3 month probation
Start Date: ASAP (max one month's notice)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Central London
5 days per week in the office

The company has a lovely office culture which is non-hierarchical, welcoming and busy.  The Directors are hands on and approachable creating a fabulous atmosphere and company culture. The offices reflect their service which are stunning, creative, modern and slick.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing property keys and ensuring they are signed in and out
- General office management, ensuring the office is kept tidy 
- Assisting the marketing team with campaigns and magazine brochures

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have fantastic inter-personal skills and be proactive and approachable. A sound knowledge of MS Office would be preferable, along with an excelled telephone manner and can do attitude.
