Exciting new Office Manager role for a Financial Services firm in Green Park, paying up to £60,000pa. This amazing opportunity will see you join and incredible organization, as the lynch pin of the office. This is a very varied role working alongside incredible colleagues, who share the same values and ethos.
As Office Manager you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations.
" Office operations; building relationships with clients & providers
" Facilities; dealing with contractors, maintenance, tenants meetings
" HR; onboarding new staff, training, leavers
" Reviewing office policies and procedures, implementing and improving processes
" Reception team management
The successful candidate will have demonstratable experience in a comparable role. We are seeking adaptable and experienced candidates. This is a busy role so requires the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
Person Specification:
" 4+ years in an OM, Operations or similar role
" Experience managing a team
" Ability to build strong relationships, team player & approachable.
" Strong written, verbal and communication skills
General Information:
" 9am - 6pm (5 days in the office
" 25 days holiday
" £40,000 - £60,000
" Bonus, private medical
