Job Description

Our wonderful client is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team - the role will be part-time and fully remote, with the team meeting up in London once a quarter. You will join an incredibly innovative and interactive team, whose services are delivered to the entire region. There will also be opportunities to gain experience within project management and potentially advance into a more strategic role within the team long term! They have amazing staff retention and most of the team tend to stay for 5+ years!

The role: Operations Coordinator/Admin Assistant
Hours: 20 hours per week – flexibility on when the hours are completed
Salary: £17,500 for 20 hours work (£35k pro-rata)
Location: Fully remote

Duties include:
- Coordinate internation travel, arranging passport and VISA documentation
- Oversee business expense reimbursements
- Schedule conference calls, appointments and meetings
- Review the team calendar to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Assist the Project Coordinator with assigning, tracking and pulling testing

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years admin experience in a professional environment, and be a great self starter, organised, proactive and able to trouble shoot. Ideally you will have experience working remotely, but this isn't essential.
