Job Description
Receptionist - Providing support to the office EA's (7-month FTC)
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
A wonderful financial services company based in Marble Arch, is looking for a fantastic Receptionist to join their team on a fixed-term contract until the end of December and provide invaluable support to the Executive Assistants.
This position would be based on their 4th Floor reception, so it would be less external facing but this person will have responsibility of the smooth running of the floor, and will be the first point of contact for senior executives visiting.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience on reception or in administration. Financial services experience an advantage. They will need to be motivated and happy to roll up their sleeves to help out wherever needed.
Role: Temp Receptionist - potential to go permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
Hybrid: 5-days a week in the office
Location: Marble Arch
Duties Include:
- Maintaining facilities and overall office appearance to a high standard – reception/kitchen supplies/stationery/inventory control
- Administrative support to Executive Assistants – including travel/expense/calendar management and other ad hoc projects
- Answering telephones, screening and directing incoming calls
- Assisting with office and team events
Benefits:
- Discretionary bonus
- 10% of total compensation into pension and a daily lunch allowance of £20, roughly worth an additional £10k.
