We are recruiting for a successful Executive Search company, who work with some of the biggest creative companies and support with hiring from Marketing Officers to C-Suite leaders. We are looking for a switched on and proactive Research Consultant to join their tight-knit team.

The role: Research Consultant
Salary: £30k-£40k, plus 20%-50% commission based on OTE
Location: Westminster, hybrid role
Experience: Minimum of 1 years experience working in an Executive Search or Recruitment company
Personality: You should be someone who is approachable and proactive, who can use your initiative and hit the ground running!

Duties include:
- Working on multople client engagements through research, project management and interpersonal skills
- Sourcing candidates through relationship building, direct channels, social media and talent mapping
- Preparing overviews of qualified candidates and recording details
- Creating and delivering client reports and communication
- Proofreading documents before distributing both internally and externally
- Cording, inputting and extracting data from the CRM system
