We are recruiting for a lovely hybrid Team Assistant role at a boutique but expanding Asset Management firm in Mayfair. They are growing rapidly (50ppl globally with 30 in the London office) so it is an exciting time to join and there is good scope for progression as well as a lovely inclusive office culture. They have a hardworking and friendly team who are all invested in the company and really enjoy being there. Therefore personality fit is really important for them as they have a tight knit and collaborative culture.

Role: Team Assistant
Salary: £35k-£42k + great benefits (bonus, health and dental care, 25 days holiday, life insurance, pension, half price gym and Friday Deliveroo allowance)
Hours: 9am - 6pm
Location: Mayfair

You will be looking after a large team of people from analyst to MD level – a lot of the team are very self-sufficient but may require some ad hoc support. The role is very busy and fast-paced, so this role would suit someone that thrives in this environment, but is also looking for a company with a great office culture where you will be well looked after.

- Previous Team Assistant/PA experience required, ideally in financial services
- Someone who is interested in a finance/corporate environment within a tight-knit and growing team
- Everyone is very friendly and approachable, but you must be confident chasing documents and important information where needed
