Salary: up to £70,000 DOE
A highly respected private equity company, based in the heart of the West End with a strong company culture that keeps their staff happy and motivated, is looking for an EA to work in Operations.
Role: Team EA in Operations
Duration: Permanent Full Time
Salary: £70,000 plus incredible benefits package worth £30k +
Start Date: ASAP (max one month's notice period)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: West End
Hybrid Work Environment: 1 day working from home
They are looking for a confident and calm character with at least 5 years experience of working in a similar role in Financial Services as a Team EA.
The role will be a traditional team EA role where you will be part of a dynamic, sociable team that provides operational support to the investment teams. Responsiblities include but not limited to:
- Diary management and scheduling
- Travel management
- Admin support for the wider team
- Providing ad hoc cover to other EA's within the business when required
They are looking for someone who is resilient, is calm under pressure, is an expert in multi-tasking, professional and discreet with experience as an EA supporting a team.
